Our core service involves deploying AI-powered employees on your behalf. In delivering these services, we process:

  • Voice call recordings and transcripts generated by AI phone agents answering calls for your business

  • Chat conversations between your website visitors and our AI chat widget

  • Customer contact information (name, phone, email) captured by AI during lead interactions

  • Review requests and Google review response data

  • CRM data, pipeline records, and appointment information (Professional and Elite plans)

  • Database reactivation campaign data including past customer contact records (Elite plan)

Important: Voice calls handled by our AI phone agents may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, service delivery, and transcript delivery to you. By using our Services and deploying our AI voice agent on your business phone number, you agree to notify your callers that their calls may be recorded. You are responsible for compliance with applicable call recording notice requirements in your jurisdiction.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, configure, and maintain the Services you have purchased

  • Deliver AI-generated responses, call transcripts, and lead notifications on your behalf

  • Process payments and manage your subscription and account

  • Send onboarding communications, service updates, and support messages

  • Monitor AI system performance and improve our Services

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

  • Evaluate and conduct business transactions such as mergers or acquisitions

3. Mobile Messaging and SMS Terms

3.1 Consent to Receive Messages

When you provide your mobile number to GetLeverage, you expressly consent to receive text messages related to your account, including:

  • Onboarding instructions and account setup notifications

  • Service alerts and system status updates

  • Support communications

  • Occasional marketing messages about our Services

Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

3.2 Message Details

  • Message frequency varies based on your account activity

  • Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier

  • Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation, then no further messages

  • Text HELP for support information

  • Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others

3.3 Phone Number Protection

  • We never sell phone numbers to third parties

  • Phone numbers are shared only with authorized service providers required to deliver our Services

  • Phone numbers are encrypted in our systems

  • Numbers are deleted upon account termination or opt-out request

NO mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve our website. These include:
