Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs refunds and cancellations for all GetLeverage services. It is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, our Terms of Service controls.

1. Setup Fees

All setup fees are non-refundable. Setup work begins immediately upon receipt of payment, and the labor involved in configuring your AI employees, provisioning phone numbers, building your CRM, and scripting your AI systems is performed within the first few business days of your subscription. Because this work is completed upfront, setup fees cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

Setup fees by plan: Essential ($500), Professional ($750), Elite ($1,000).

2. Monthly Subscription — 30-Day Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied with our Services within your first 30 days, contact us and we’ll refund your first month’s subscription fee in full, no questions asked.

The 30-day guarantee covers the monthly subscription fee only. It does not apply to setup fees, usage credits consumed, or any third-party costs.

To request a refund under the guarantee, email [email protected] within 30 days of your subscription start date.

3. Cancellation

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by sending written notice to [email protected] at least 3 business days before your next billing date.

  • Your service remains active through the end of your current billing period

  • No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing period

  • We will confirm receipt of your cancellation within 48 hours

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are paid upfront and are not eligible for refund after the 30-day guarantee window closes. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by providing 30 days written notice before your annual renewal date.

4. After Cancellation

  • Service access continues through the end of your current paid period

  • Your account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation for potential reactivation or data export

  • After 90 days, account data may be permanently deleted

  • Reactivation within 90 days does not require a new setup fee; reactivation after 90 days is treated as a new account and full setup fees apply

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are never refundable under any circumstances:

  • Setup fees (all tiers)

  • Monthly usage credits, whether included in your plan or purchased separately (see getleverage.app/usage)

  • SMS and phone carrier costs

  • Payment processing fees

  • Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (domain registration, external tools, etc.)

  • Subscription fees for periods already served outside the 30-day guarantee window

6. No Performance Guarantees

GetLeverage does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as a defined number of leads, calls answered, reviews generated, or revenue earned. Our Services are designed to capture leads and automate communications that would otherwise be missed — but results depend on factors outside our control, including your business’s call volume, market conditions, and how you follow up with leads.

Our guarantee is simple: if you’re not satisfied within your first 30 days, we’ll refund your subscription fee. That’s the only guarantee we make.

7. Termination by GetLeverage

If we terminate your account for breach of our Terms of Service:

  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period

  • Service access will be suspended immediately

  • Any outstanding balances remain due

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Accounts with disputed charges may be suspended pending resolution. Additional fees may apply to restore services after a chargeback is resolved in our favor.

9. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing:

  • Email: [email protected]

  • Include your account name, business name, and reason for the request

  • Refund approvals will be communicated within 7 business days

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method

10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Existing customers will be notified of material changes with at least 30 days’ advance notice. Changes take effect immediately for new customers.
