The reputation and success of GetLeverage rests on making you satisfied with our services. We value our relationship with you and are committed to providing clear terms for refunds, cancellations, and service guarantees.

Service Guarantees

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our AI-powered marketing and automation services. If you are not satisfied with our services within your first 30 days, we will provide a full refund of your monthly service fees paid during that period, excluding any advertising spend or third-party costs.

Performance Guarantees

Where specific performance guarantees are offered (such as lead generation targets), and we fail to meet those guarantees within the specified timeframe, we will continue providing services at no additional cost until the guarantee is met, or provide a refund as specified in your service agreement.

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time by providing written notice to [email protected] at least 3 business days before your next billing date

  • Refunds: Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for partial refunds once the billing period has begun, except as provided in our money-back guarantee

  • Service through billing period: Canceled subscriptions remain active through the end of the current billing period

Fixed-Term Subscriptions

  • Early termination: Fixed-term subscriptions (3, 6, or 12-month agreements) cannot be canceled early except for cause or as specified in your service agreement

  • Non-refundable: Fixed-term subscriptions are non-refundable after the 30-day money-back guarantee period expires

  • Auto-renewal: Fixed-term subscriptions will automatically renew for the same term unless canceled with 30 days written notice before expiration

Setup and Onboarding Fees

  • Setup fees and onboarding costs are refundable only within the first 30 days and only if services have not been delivered or implemented

  • Once setup and onboarding work has commenced, these fees become non-refundable

Advertising Spend and Third-Party Costs

Non-Refundable Costs

The following costs are never refundable under any circumstances:

  • Advertising spend on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

  • Third-party software licenses or tools purchased on your behalf

  • Payment processing fees from Stripe or other payment processors

  • SMS messaging costs and carrier fees

  • Domain registration or hosting fees purchased for your account

Advertising Account Issues

If advertising accounts are suspended or banned through no fault of GetLeverage, we are not responsible for lost advertising spend or performance impacts, but we will work with you to resolve the issue and may provide service credits at our discretion.

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit written request to [email protected]

  2. Include account information and reason for refund request

  3. Provide supporting documentation if claiming performance guarantee failure

  4. Allow 5-7 business days for review and response

Refund Timeline

  • Approval notification: Within 7 business days of request

  • Processing time: 7-14 business days after approval

  • Credit to original payment method: Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase

Refund Reductions

Approved refunds may be reduced by:

  • Payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction)

  • Any completed work or deliverables that cannot be returned

  • Pro-rated usage of services during the refund period

Service Cancellation

Immediate Cancellation Rights

You may cancel immediately without penalty for:

  • Material breach of our Terms of Service by GetLeverage

  • Failure to provide services as agreed

  • Within the first 30 days under our money-back guarantee

Standard Cancellation Process

  2. Minimum notice period: 3 business days for monthly subscriptions, 30 days for fixed-term

  3. Confirmation provided: We will confirm receipt of cancellation within 48 hours

  4. Data retention: Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation for potential reactivation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Service access: Continues through the end of your current billing period

  • Data export: Available upon request within 90 days of cancellation

  • Account reactivation: Available within 90 days; after 90 days, requires new setup

Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruptions or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or emergencies

  • Internet service provider outages

  • Third-party platform changes or shutdowns

  • Government regulations or restrictions

Account Termination by GetLeverage

If we terminate your account for breach of our Terms of Service:

  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period

  • You will be invoiced for any unpaid balances

  • Service access will be immediately suspended

Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Contact us first: We encourage resolving billing disputes directly before initiating chargebacks

  • Chargeback consequences: Accounts with disputed charges may be suspended pending resolution

  • Service restoration: Additional fees may apply to restore services after chargeback resolution

Limited Refund Exclusions

Services Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Custom development work completed to your specifications

  • Services used for more than 90 days (outside of performance guarantees)

  • Training or consulting services already delivered

  • Services terminated due to customer violation of our Terms of Service

One-Time Products and Services

  • Digital products, templates, and downloadable materials are final sale after delivery

  • One-time consulting or audit services are non-refundable once completed

  • Custom integrations or technical work are non-refundable once implemented

Some refund limitations may not apply in certain jurisdictions. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
