How It Works
Your AI employees make calls, send texts, handle chats, and respond to reviews on your behalf — 24 hours a day. All of that activity runs through real telecommunications infrastructure and AI computing resources that cost money to operate.
Your monthly credit allowance is designed to cover a typical business's usage. For most clients, credits are more than enough. When usage runs higher — a busy season, a big campaign, a database reactivation blast — you'll draw from your credits, and if those run out, you'll be billed for the overage at the rates listed below.
No surprises. We'll notify you if you're running low. You can also add credits anytime. They don't expire.
Your included credits are available from day one of each billing period. If you go over, the additional usage is charged at the end of the month — same card on file, same billing date.

What's a text segment?
A standard SMS can hold 160 characters. That's one segment — $0.01. If a message runs longer than 160 characters, it splits into two segments ($0.02), then three, and so on. Emojis and some special characters reduce the per-segment limit to 153 characters. For typical business texts — appointment reminders, follow-ups, review requests — one message equals one segment. We keep our automated messages short specifically to stay within a single segment whenever possible.

Why does a voice call cost appear twice?
When your AI answers a phone call, there are two separate cost components: (1) the phone line charge for connecting the call ($0.0102/min inbound), and (2) the AI computing cost for thinking, understanding, and responding ($0.163/min average). Both draw from your credits. A 3-minute inbound call costs roughly $0.03 in phone line charges plus $0.49 in AI charges — about $0.52 total. This is normal, expected, and already factored into the usage estimates below.
